Dr Afiniki Akanet is a graduate of Warwick Medical School (University of Warwick, England) and a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners (FRCGP). As a Section 12 approved GP, she brings her unique expertise in GP and psychiatry to the Grafton Suite.
With years of National Health Service (NHS) experience in Coventry & Warwickshire and a background as a former GP partner in Oxfordshire, Dr Akanet offers a holistic and patient-centred approach to General Practice. She is also an Assistant Professor in the School of Health and Care at Coventry University, ensuring that her clinical work is evidence-based.

There is no 10-minute limit for consultations at The Grafton Suite. You will get the time you need to discuss your health and well-being in a private, supportive environment.
Continuity & Care
Dr Akanet ensures seamless care by writing to your NHS GP (with your consent) for continuity of care, providing private prescriptions, referrals, medical investigations and fit notes as needed.
